چکیده

Funkční poruchy hybnosti jsou významným zdrojem disability. Diagnóza funkčních poruch je založená na průkazu inkonzistence hybných projevů a inkompatibilitě s jiným organickým onemocněním, nikoliv vyloučení jiného onemocnění či psychopatologie. Role neurologa spočívá v předání pozitivní diagnózy vysvětlení, že funkční symptomy skutečné, časté potenciálně reverzibilní, také dlouhodobém sledování vývoje neurologických příznaků. Narůstající evidence svědčí pro účinnost fyzioterapie psychoterapeutických intervencí buď samostatně, nebo kombinaci. Úkolem psychiatrů diagnostika léčba psychiatrických komorbidit, zejména úzkosti deprese. Farmakologické intervence cílené motorické nejsou indikované.
